Vasko has been a Salt Lake City Roamer for three years and was hooked from day one! He enjoys the ease of sharpening Wusthof knives and the challenge of perfecting pruners. When he’s not sharpening, you’ll find him rock climbing or skiing in the stunning mountains around SLC.

Raised on a ranch, Duncan learned to sharpen tools and blades at an early age. Being a Roamer for the past three years is a natural for him and great for Roaming Stone. He really enjoys those nicked and bent knives that need a bit of extra care and attention to detail.

Kevin is an accomplished pilot retired from the US Air Force. He recently joined The Roaming Stone to introduce his teenage boys to the art of excellent customer experience and the skills of expert sharpening. When not Roaming, Kevin enjoys skiing, motorcycles, mountain bikes, flying airplanes, and most of all spending time with his sons.

As a Roamer for the past year and a half, Eli enjoys that he gets to meet his neighbors. His time away from knife sharpening is filled with fishing, cooking and enjoying vanilla ice cream with his dog Honey.

Peter recently joined the Roaming Stone team as a Roamer, bringing with him a passion for craftsmanship and the belief that sharp tools are essential for hands-on work. He finds real satisfaction in knife sharpening, knowing that a well-honed blade can make all the difference in everyday tasks.
Peter also enjoys the freedom of being mobile and connecting with people right where they are. Outside of work, he dreams of traveling the world, with Borneo and Indonesia high on his bucket list.

Celso serves the Chantilly, Fairfax, South Riding, and Aldie areas as a Roamer, bringing a hands-on approach and strong appreciation for the craft. Since beginning his training in November 2025, he has enjoyed the supportive, confidence-building environment that helped him grow his skills quickly.
He especially enjoys sharpening knives, where the difference a sharp edge makes is immediate. One of his most meaningful experiences was restoring a pair of his late mother’s scissors, giving new life to something deeply personal.
Outside of work, Celso enjoys golf, fishing, playing guitar, and working on cars, as well as spending time SCUBA diving and snorkeling. His bucket list includes visiting Machu Picchu and seeing the Northern Lights.

Tim serves the Arlington, Falls Church, and Alexandria (north of Duke Street) areas as a Roamer, bringing a deep appreciation for tools with history and meaning. Since joining Roaming Stone in November 2025, he’s been drawn to the flexibility and independence the role provides.
He especially enjoys sharpening items that carry a story, giving new life to tools that have been well used and well loved. Outside of work, Tim enjoys fishing, cooking, and kayak camping, often combining his love for the outdoors with time on the water.
At home, he shares life with two cats, Slinky and Noodle—who also happen to have solved a former mouse problem. Tim’s bucket list includes catching a tarpon and spending a month solo camping in Minnesota’s Boundary Waters, always driven by a desire to live fully and avoid a life that feels ordinary.
